Our group of trusted advisors assists a wide range of financial organizations in assessing opportunities, managing risk and delivering stakeholder value.
We are seeking a Paraprofessional to join the Financial Institutions Group in our Miami (Kendall), Florida office. Duties of the Paraprofessional include providing support to our Principals, Managers and Auditors, assisting in daily office needs, and working to complete quarterly audits of Credit Unions. This position is part of our verifications team and requires working in the office.
Responsibilities:
Gather and process information from Credit Unions to perform member verifications/confirmations
Create and sort Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and perform mail merge functions
Process large quantities of incoming/outgoing mail
Assist in the preparation of various reports using IDEA software for auditors
Create and update letters to various banks and financial institutions
Maintain an organized filing system
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
1+ years of administrative or clerical experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel (Intermediate preferred), Word & Adobe
Experience with IDEA, PFX, Suralink is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Basic accounting knowledge preferred
