Our firm is seeking college students or recent graduates who are interested in a Tax Internship for Spring 2026. Internships will be on-site in our Clarksville, TN office.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of individual, corporations and partnership tax returns
• Assist with various tasks related to tax compliance and research
• Gain exposure to tax returns in a variety of industries including real estate, construction, professional services, retail and more
• Organize and maintain client tax files and documentation
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of accounting information
• Work with a variety of Principals, Managers and Associates

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in Accounting
• 3.0 GPA (cumulative and in accounting major)
• Work experience preferred (related or unrelated to accounting)
• Strong drive and motivation to pursue a career in public accounting
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to take initiative via work experience and/or extracurricular activities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven time management skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• High degree of curiosity, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm
